Should there be an order for the codes: AdWords on top of GWO or vice versa?   Thank you Replies 1 - 2 of 2 Gavin Doolan Google Employee 6/30/09 Best answer - Trevor Claiborne (Google Employee) Order is not important, although in most cases we often suggest placing the Google Website Optimizer code right before the tag. Generally speaking if you are using Google Analytics also, you should place the Google Website Optimizer code after the Google Analytics code. To be consistent you may want to place the Adwords code above the GWO code, but its not essential. 1 of 1 people found this answer helpful. Did you?
